South West Community Transport is available to help you attend medical appointments, to visit local shopping centres, and to attend social activities. We provide safe and reliable door to door transport to:

Doctors and specialist appointments.
Other medical appointments (Podiatry, Pathology and Physiotherapy).
Hospital visits.
Shopping centres.
Group and individual social outings (Entertainment/Clubs), visiting friends and family, hairdressers, support groups, church services, and more.

Out-of-area transport

We have two out-of-area buses running to most hospitals south of Sydney Harbour. They run to a strict timetable. If you’d like to book this service, please call us on (02) 9426 8999 so we can co-ordinate your appointments around our express times.

NDIS
