Make a Booking

The more notice you can give us, the more chance we have of being able to provide transport on the day and at the time you require. So as soon as you know the date and time you need transport, call our office on (02) 9426 8999 to make your booking.

If we are not able to assist you at the exact time that you require, we can suggest different times when our service is available. Alternatively, when you are making a doctor’s appointment you could ask the receptionist to call our office on (02) 9426 8999 to check our availability so you can make your appointment to suit the transport availability.

Our ability to provide transport at short notice is limited, but you can still call and ask. If we have a spare seat in your area, we will assist if possible.

Once you are booked, you will receive an automated phone call one day before your booking with confirmed pick-up times. Phone (02) 9426 8999 to make a booking or book your transport online via the below form.

The purpose of on-line booking is to provide a quick process by which clients, family members and health professionals may register a booking request.

  • Bookings requests for any appointments within the next 2 business days must be made directly by phoning
    (02) 9426 8999 during business hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am – 12:30pm and 1:00pm – 4:30pm.
  • This is a request only and contact will be made within 48 hours to confirm SWCT ability to fulfill your request.
  • Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive an automated phone call the day BEFORE your booking with your pick up times.
