Please book at least two business days in advance to ensure that we have the vehicle capacity to meet your transport needs.

Please call us on (02) 9426 8999 to amend a booking. If the booking is within 48 hours, we may not be able to accommodate your change request.

The cost to use our transport service is $3.00 booking fee and 70c per KM, with a minimum of $10.00 per trip and a maximum of $100.00 per trip (each way). For NDIS pricing please refer to the NDIS website.

Yes. You can have a carer travel with you free of charge unless they are attending one of our socials or shopping, where a fee will be charged. For NDIS pricing please refer to the NDIS website.

SWCT can only transport oxygen concentrators. We cannot transport oxygen cylinders. SWCT also has oxygen concentrators for clients to use if required. You will need to provide a permission certificate to access the oxygen concentrator form completed and signed by your doctor. 

Yes. SWCT can provide both manual and electric wheelchairs to support clients during transport and at their venue.

Yes. If your animal is a registered service animal or therapy animal, it is free for your animal to travel in the vehicle at your side. If your animal is a pet, we will take it at no extra charge providing it is in an appropriate travel cage that we can lift and place in our vehicle.

We will not transport aggressive animals that place our drivers at risk. If you do not have an appropriate travel cage, we can supply one. So, if your animal needs to go to the vet, for example, we can assist you.
