Become a Client

For those who want to use SWCT services, coming on board is simple provided you meet all relevant criteria. We pride ourselves on our accessibility, our services are tailored to accommodate a range of mobility types and disabilities. We welcome individuals from all cultural backgrounds who seek help with transportation within our service areas.

People over 65 years of age (50 years and over for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islanders) who wish to become a client of SWCT have to first register with My Aged Care. My Aged Care is an Australian Government initiative that gives people over the age of 65 easier access to a full range of aged care services.

You can visit the My Aged Care Website to complete an online referral, or call 1800 200 422 to complete an over the phone referral. Once we have received your referral from My Aged Care, we will contact you to complete your assessment over the phone. You are then ready to begin using our services.

People under 65 years of age with a disability who wish to become a SWCT client will need to be eligible for the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS).
