South West Community Transport has a large client database of clients who identify as Culturally and Linguistically Diverse. These clients whom do not speak English, or whom speak English as a second language can still receive assistance from SWCT in the following ways;
• SWCT Team Members whom speak a second language and can act as interpreters.
• By providing CALD Clients access to the Telephone Interpreter Service (TIS) to contact us with enquiries and booking requests.
• By providing translated literature, including information booklets and pamphlets, in 12 different languages.
SWCT team members can assist clients who speak the following languages; Arabic, Chinese, Czech, Fijian, French, Hindi, Kannada, Polish, Spanish, Tagalog, Tamil and Vietnamese
